WWE 2K17, a professional wrestling videogame, was developed by Yuke’s and Visual Concepts. It is published by 2K Sports on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
2K and WWE officially announced WWE 2K17 on May 31st, 2016. They revealed Goldberg as their pre-order bonus character. The trailer also featured Goldberg. 2K announced that the game would feature two versions of Goldberg (WCW, WWE) and two playable arenas (Halloween Havoc & WCW Monday Nitro). A trailer revealing that Brock Lesnar would be the cover star of WWE 2K17 was released on June 27, 2016.
WWE unveiled an NXT Collector’s Edition on July 14, 2016. NXT wrestlers like Apollo Crews, Nia Jax, and Shinsuke Nagura are included in the NXT Enhancement Pack. Shinsuke Nakamura signed the lithograph. The 8-inch collectible action figure is Demon Finn Balor. Trading cards, an actual NXT TakeOver: London ring canvas, and 50% more NXT points for MyCareer Mode. 2K released the official soundtrack to WWE 2K17 on August 8, 2016. It features 13 songs from different genres and was curated by Sean Combs.
