Ubisoft, the publisher of Anno 1800, has confirmed that Anno 1800 would receive additional post-launch content through 2022. We now have details about the industrial-era city builder’s Season 4 Pass roadmap.

Anno 1800’s Season 4 Pass follows in the footsteps of its predecessors and features three significant content drops which will alter the way the city-builder plays.

The Season 4 Pass will be focusing on the New World after Season 3 expanded construction opportunities across the Old World. Unfortunately, this means we won’t have a new session.

The developer confirmed that they are aware of the New World’s building space problems and that they have considered that when planning Season 4.

Anno 1800 will receive its first scenario when Game Update 13 goes online in December 2021. Additional DLCs will also be available with the Season 4 Pass. The current plans are to release “at minimum one new scenario” along with the next DLC.

Each DLC will come with a free update that will include fixes and improvements. This is the same as with previous releases.

More than 2,000,000 players had built sprawling cities on Anno 1800’s island by the end of 2021. This level of support was likely due to the game’s success, which previous games in this series did not enjoy.

Anno 1800’s Season 4 Pass schedule didn’t get any additional details or dates yet. However, we will be learning more in March 2022. Please look below at the teaser trailer to see what we thought of the base game at launch.
