The memories and personality stored in Prophet’s Nanosuit, along with Alcatraz’s body and memories, are assimilated into Alcatraz’s consciousness.
This “assimilates” Alcatraz’s consciousness and makes him “a spare part”. Prophet now knows that he was shot in the head and is recovering from the trauma.
He travels around the globe searching for the Ceph Alpha. Psycho is his teammate from Crysis 1, and they form a team with elite soldiers equipped with the Nanosuit.
His companions gradually lose interest in the hunt, believing all Cephs have been destroyed.
Prophet and Psycho eventually find the Alpha Ceph in Russia, and then imprison him. CELL seized Prophet and Psycho soon thereafter.
They now seek global dominance of technology and land, using powerful EMP weapons in Siberia.
CELL detained or recruited everyone involved in the Nanosuit program, including Claire Fontanelli and Nathan Gould of Crysis 2.
CELL runs out of nano-suit soldiers to extract alien material, so Prophet is transferred to the facility.
Prophet is now in a large CELL “Nanodome” and locked in a storage device that provides powerful EMP shocks to keep him sleepless. Karl Ernst Rasch discovers CELL’s corrupt intentions after he uses Ceph technology to extend his life.
