Six years ago the Machine Legion colonized Torch City. The city was originally inhabited only by animals. Rayton has lived in isolation since the war.
Rayton, after his friend has been arrested forcibly, regains control of his mechanical fist to begin his fight back. Rayton never expected to be involved in such a larger scheme, which involves the Mafia and Rebellion, as well as the Legion.
