Call of Duty’s anti-cheat banning now appears in the kill feed
Hackers have gained an unfair advantage over the years in Call of Duty games, which is a source of frustration for those who play Warzone or Modern Warfare 2.
The teams responsible for the anti-cheat mechanisms continue to tweak Ricochet to keep cheaters out of the game. Warzone claims that despite a recent wave of bans, they have noticed an influx in cheaters.

Call of Duty developers revealed that in addition to the Season 5 Patch Notes they have also published the Kill Feed, which will notify players when Ricochet has taken down a hacker.
Several players have given their approval to this new innovation based on comments made in the posts. A player commented: “It’s encouraging to learn that! It’s a nice change. One adds, “This season has so far been a win!”
Some players are skeptical. One player argues: “It would be cool if the system did an adequate job in the beginning.”
Although the inclusion of shadowbans due to false reporting is an improvement, many players still express their frustration. A player questioned: “Still, no solution to shadowbans? Another player claimed that he was permanently banned without reason.
Why some players cannot overturn shadowbans is unclear. We hope Ricochet will do something to stop legitimate players from being punished, and not those who are using various techniques to ruin Warzone or Modern Warfare 2 games.
