Virtua Cop 2 was released by Sega in 1995. It is an arcade light-gun game developed within the AM2 Studio. Three levels are included in the game, whereby player movement follows a preset path. Unlike the original Virtua Cop game, the player can choose their path from two options at some points.
The player must shoot criminals before the timer runs out, and then they will shoot back. Be careful not to hit innocent bystanders. Along the path, there are various background objects that you can break if you shoot them. Some of these will then reveal power-ups.
